We’re registered to carry out audits by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.  It means our auditors are qualified and approved to the highest standards.

What is auditing?

An internal audit is an independent assessment of the financial status of your business. It’s likely to include details such as cash flow, balance sheet, income and changes in equity or ownership. The purpose is to help others determine the financial fitness of your business.

Why audit?

There are many reasons why you’d need to audit your business.

  • Many limited companies need to be audited under the Companies Act

  • Companies who are members of regulatory bodies (such as law firms, financial services, charities, travel agents) may need audits as part of membership

  • Companies looking for loans and support from banks or other financial institutions may need to be independently audited

  • Companies looking to sell off shares may need to have an independent audit to prove financial fitness

  • An audit may be required to determine the financial strength of the business.
